The Professional Women’s Network Amsterdam is hosting a series of six 3-hour Business Essentials workshops, designed to be hands-on, inspirational and practical. Business Essentials is aimed primarily at entrepreneurs, independents and women who are in the process of starting their own business.
Each workshop is limited to 25 participants in order to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to interact and contribute to the discussions. The investment for each workshop is 75 euro for PWN members (no BTW) and 95 euro for non-members (no BTW).
I will be facilitating the first of these sessions, which will focus on Personal Leadership.
Business is relationships. And your success as an entrepreneur depends on how well you successfully manage your interactions with others. In most cases, intellect, ambition and technical savvy, are insufficient – they are merely threshold qualities. What sets you apart from others, and allows you to truly stand out from the crowd, is the ability to know yourself, to understand your values and to act accordingly.
During this workshop, you will:
- Explore your core values and motivation
- Consider potential pitfalls
- Recognise the importance of managing your energy
- Develop strategies and tactics for on-going sustainable performance
